His research interests include governance, institutions and economic development. He is published in Public Choice, World Economy, Economic Letters, and Oxford Development Studies.

Ivana Tadić, full professor at the University of Split, Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, with  major interests in Human resource management, especially employee development, motivation and satisfaction, and performance management.
