Mr. Alexius Purwoto

Alexius Purwoto is the Manager Organisation & Quality Management at Pertamina Hulu Rokan. His current role is to manage organisation development, manpower planning and Quality Management (Continuous Improvement Program, System & Standardisation Management, Knowledge Management and Quality Management Assessment). He is also having extensive HR experience gained in a mulit-national oil and gas company, including 4-years of assignment in the Middle East, in the following domains: Change Management, Recruitment, People Management, Training, Compensation & Benefits, Job Analysis and Job Evaluation (Hay Method), and also various HR Improvement and Transformation Projects partnering with international consultants.
