Graduated from Management Department of BINUS Online Learning, Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta, Indonesia. Before BINUS, he obtained a diploma from Airlangga University and majored in Banking Management studies. He also researched under “The Roles of Consumer Education and Protection (EPK) Division of 4th Financial Service Authority Regional Office to Improve the Knowledge of Financial Service Businessmen in East Java, Indonesia. His research field interests are in Food-Business, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, and Sustainable Business Development.
