He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (now NMU). He is a Lecturer and is currently registered as a doctoral candidate in Business and Project Management at the University of Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT). He is the NMU Research Supervisor and has successfully supervised over 30 postgraduate students. He examines research treatises for three South African Universities. He is also the co- editor of the BEN-Africa Conference Proceedings as well as the General Secretary of Business Ethics Network Africa (BEN-Africa). In 2021, he was awarded the Faculty of Business and Economics Sciences Emerging Researcher of the year. His research interests are Business Management, Digital Transformation and Business Ethics.
