She is currently employed with the University of South Africa (UNISA) as a Lecturer in the Department of Operations Management, College of Economic and Management Sciences. She holds an MCom degree in Business Management, with specialisation in Operations Management. Matshidiso Tsholetsane is currently registered for a PhD in Management Studies at the University of South Africa. She is presenting a paper titled “Using blockchain technology to reduce food waste in the grocery retail sector: A conceptual framework for sustainability in Gauteng, South Africa”.
