Dr. Patrick Joel Turkson

Turkson Patrick Joel is a Lecturer at the Methodist University Ghana- Faculty of Business and Administration, Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management, Accra Ghana. Holds a PhD degree in Marketing from Nelson Mandela University- South Africa, MBA in Marketing, BSc in Business Administration (General Management option), Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)- UK, and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing. Has over 12 years of experience as a corporate manager. Dr Turkson is also an Apostle of God and the Head Pastor of Faithworks Gloryland Chapel, Accra Ghana, a marriage counsellor and a consultant. Research experience includes customer experience, consumer behaviour, service marketing and retailing. Has published articles in numerous high impact impact Journals
